The College Completion Network’s Nudges to the Finish Line (N2FL) research team at the University of Virginia is investigating whether nudges can help increase college completion rates among high-risk students. In this article, the team reflects on the importance of research-practice partnerships in successfully implementing an interactive text messaging campaign at 21 open- and broad-access colleges and universities.
